HELP! Oil leak on installed turbo..

Started the car after putting in a new/ported 14b turbo and everything was fine. Looked on the ground and oil, about a quart or so, was everywhere. It looked like it was comming out of the oil feed line. I dont know if I had tightend the bolts enough so Ill try to tighten them some more tomorrow, but another concern is there was no gasket on the return line, is that bad?!?! I mean, I didnt see one when I took it off or put it back on so I'm not sure! Also, did I hurt the turbo since enough oil might not have gotten to it?? Thanks!

There is supposed to be a gasket for the return line. If you didn't drive the car or boost hard, chances are the turbo is OK.
