Help. I'm being ripped off by a buyer.

So I sold my old cf tails on the trader and a buyer wanted them for $50. So I let them go and he sent me a check and next business day I shipped the tails. Well he said he was moving and not to send to that address but there already shipped. So hes saying he never got the tails and has got his attorney to press charges for mail fraud. (he just told me this). So what the fu(k can I do I mean its only 50 bucks but its not cool.

got the reciept for shipping, that's your proof, if he was moving he should have told you that. was the check good. somebody had to sign for the lights right. find out who signed for them. sound like he is trying to scam you. don't buy into the lawyer threat heard that a hundred times

yeah who the hell buys something online and "forgets" to tell the sender theyre moving? you shipped them so obviousley he provided you with an address to ship them too. Tell him he's a dumbass for giving you the wrong address and it's his problem now.

Bulk wrap. Did you send to the address on the check? If he moved, it'd be forwarded. If it couldn't be delivered, you'd have gotten it back. Do a trace on the package, find where it went to. Find out if his "lawyer" likes kites, and if so, GO FLY ONE.
