Ok, I have a 1997 Eclipse GSX. I bought a Turbo-XS manual boost controller for it, but when I put it on is was running open boost even with it tightned all the way to the negative. I thought it might have been hooked up to the wastegate wrong but it wasnt, could it be a defective unit?
