HELP! about new turbo

i just recently did a 1gintake manny and tb swap and and ported head and put on an ete32 and now my car is all back together and the CEL came on and it says that theres a flow malfunction with the EGR and i though that might be becuz of the TB swap and now my car wont push boost. well sometimes i get like 2lbs and ive messed with my boost controller, and the blades still spin real easy but i dont know y im not gettin any boost any ideas????? thanks

check for loose vacuum lines and make sure everything is either connected or plugged up
