Headlight opening

I read a thread about opening the headlights of the 1g. Did a search and can't find it can any one help?

Just heat them with a heat gun or in the oven. Take the metal clip off them heat them and pry them with a screwdriver or something like that. Just make sure you dont pull too hard on them so you wont broke them. That about it.
