headlight fogs up

yesterday I noticed my driverside headlight just fogged up. Is there anything I can do, or do I have to go to the junk yard for a new one.

have you ever removed the lenses?

no I haven't, why would someone do that?

cause the fogging is on the inside and outside of the headlight...so take off the headlight and take off the housing and use a polish or a trick i used was toothpaste and toohthbrush and scrub it really good inside of the housing and out...it should get off alot of the fog or yellowish crap...goodluck...

Go to http://www.dsmtalk.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=66059 and they have about fifteen different things you can try to fix it. It's has really good ideas in there just make sure you read a few post on each of the ideas before choosing one because they all have pros and cons.

my headlights look fine, its just that two days ago one of them filled up with moisture, thats what I meant buy fog. My friend said he had the same problem and he just drilled a bunch of holes in the back of the composites and the problem was fixed. But I don't really want to do that, so I guess I'll have to try and find the hole and somehow seal it up. If anyone has any idea of how to do this I would really appreciate it.
