ya I finally got time to work on my car today pulled the head off suprisingly it was pretty easy (other then having the pain off unhookin a shit load of wires and hoses) It took me about 4-5 hours since it was my first time pulling a head on a 4G63.... The pistons looks to be good condition (thank god) but the Head Gasket was toast just like every other gasket on the car LOL. there were also signs of the head being opened up b4 and Im pretty sure they replaced the pistons. I need to clean them up tho. whats the proper cleaner to clean up the pistions a bit?


And also what a good shop to have them rebuild and maybe port and polish my head?
