Harnesses and back seats

I'll be ordering 4-point harnesses for some Tenzo-R front seats within a week and I was wondering if they can be mounted in a way so that people will still be able to use the back seats(with their stock seatbelts)? Or will the harnesses be too much in the way no matter where I put em. I have seen one company that makes harness that detach from the mounts so that people can get in and out, but you have to have their seats to use them.

Also, is it a hard task to install harnesses yourself?

I dont think the back seats are going to be usable with harnesses.
