harder to start now...need some help

I just installed and rewired a walbro, afpr, and new plug wires all at the same time. Since then it is now a little harder to start the car. I have to crank it for a couple of seconds if the car has been sitting off for more than like 15-20 minutes. Even if I shut it off and start it up right a way, I still have to crank it for a little longer than I should have to. Anyone have any ideas why its doing this now?

whats your fuel pressure set at?

Sounds like the cylinders are still getting fuel, even though the car is turned off. Pull your plugs and see if they are burnt or if they smell like gas.

the pressure is a 43 psi with the hose disconnected

Maybe you wired the fuel pump wrong?? It might be staying on after you shut your car off, running off the battery, but I highly doubt that. Check your spark plugs.
