Hi!

I am a german guy, but i live in Florida.....i am now 8 month in the states and i know now, that i want an gsx or gs-t

why is it so hard to find one of these cars? and why so many people told me, that the eclipse have so many problems???????

Why do these cars have so many problems?? Because either one person got a lemon, someone ran the $#!t out of it, or a lack of poor scheduled maintenance. My car is very reliable, granted I dont run it like its a race car every time I drive somewhere

My 99 GST is running strong. Bought it used with 47K now has 53K. Shifts smooth, idels fine, good compression, turbos boosting fine, EGTs normal, no leaks, (except for a small radiator hose leak which I just replaced the clamp with a better one screw style one). Othere than that I had to change a license plate bulb and front side marker bulb.

Can't say I had any major problems with it. Bought it in mint condition and I've been taking care of it since (new plugs, coolant flush, oil changes). Only thing I had major done to it was a recall on the ball joint which didn't cost me any thing.

I don't think you'll have any problems until you start making over 260hp and launching hard with that AWD.

Over all I'm glad I got my GST. Fun to drive and modify.

now i have to find an awd.....i searched autotrader with any distance and i find some cars, but over 2000!!!!Miles away :-((

is this car so rare...how many r built?

A really good place to look for what you want is on www.dsmtrader.com. They have about 25 new listings of Eclipse, Talons, and Lasers a day. You should check it out.
