All the brackets and hardware are here. I'm working on getting the brackets welded up. The tubing is usually is the easy part. Call and pick it up the next day. That is not the case this time. When I called them on the 1st they informed me it would be two weeks min. to get it. Apparently the tariffs are working....... fear not I'm here and working for you guys.

It took just under three weeks for the tubing to come in so that pretty much killed the whole month of August. That being said 13 sets are fitted and jig welded. They just need to be welded on little on the back sides of them. So moving along and sorry for the delay!

I have a bit over half the batch fully welded. Last weekend was a wash. We had torrential rains here.
So much (over 13 inches) that my shop actually had about an inch of water in it from flooding. Lucky everything was up off the floor but it took a week to get the shop all dried out. I'm going to knock out the mounting brackets this week and get the first half of the orders off to the powder coater. Then keep working on the rest.

Yes the first 13 set where sent off to be coated. Four more set have been built already and I have notched most of the remaining tubes to finish out the orders. We are waiting on a few more sandwich bracket to come in. Several where defective from the laser table which is super rare They are cutting them out asap for me so we should have them very soon.

Are the first 13 being shipped when they come back from the coater or waiting for all of them to be done before you start shipping them? I'm #7 on the list.

I’ll be shipping the first batch off a soon as I get them in. I’ll be call the company doing the coating today.

As for another batch I really think this is last at least from me. We will see if I can find another member Fabricatior to take them over perhaps. Idk
