whats the difference between the computers? I have a 91 awd tsi and i have 2 spare computers, one is the MD145903 (1990)awd computer that i know won't work on my car due to electrical stuff and the other is a fwd MD166260 that came out of a 92 tsi that i had. I tried putting the 92 ecu in my car and it ran fine then all the sudden it started running like crap. I'm looking to have the computer that is in the car sent out and socketed so i can install the dsmlink. Also i have a safc and when the 92 ecu was in my car and i took the key out my safc stayed on and i'm thinking the ecu did too because the relay that is beside the computer in the console never clicked. I just need some information on all this.
