So I did my fuel pump rewire today on a factory fuel pump, and it caused my idle to raise but about 1200 RPM is this normal?

Well I had already backed my BISS out. Got my idle back under control was just wondering if it was normal.

Well I guess my fuel pump wasn't running very efficiently before because once I put the BISS screw about 3/4 of the way back in to get idle under control I got my 18hg vacuum instead of 16hg vacuum. Really glad I did the rewire.

Yeah vacuum seals, and boost leaks. I'm tired of replacing rubber hoses, just don't have the money for hard piping and silicone hoses yet. ;)
