Fuel gauge... Whats wrong?

Didn't really know what forum to put this is, so if its on the wrong one just move it. I just recently pulled my DSM out of storage. And so I filled it up with gas and what not, drove it home (200 miles) and the fuel gauge still reads full. What could be the problem? Any feed back would be helpful. Thanks. Oh incase anyone needs to know its a 95 GS-T.

You have to pull out your fuel pump assembly..there a thing thats like a Toilet ball thing that on the assembly..sounds like it is stuck..thats what measures how much fuel you have....
