There are many threads on this.

If you go SAFC then 650s are about the highest injectors you can go and still tune and they'll take you to 450whp. I don't know much about e-manage, but since it's a piggyback it probably has many of the same issues with injectors bigger than 650, plus it sounds like you need to buy optional software to take full advantage of it...not to mention it doesn't have a display so you need to use a laptop to adjust. Seems like a PITA to me.

If you get a keydiver eprom you can compensate for larger injectors and still use a piggyback to tune...which would also allow you to get 850s and be good for as high as you want to go.

And don't forget to get an AFPR at the same time you get the injectors since I think you'll need a larger fuel pump as well. But someone else more knowledgable can confirm that for you.
 
Yup, That's good stuff there.

I'd recommend 850 injectors, an EPROM ECU with a Keydiver chip and a 255 HP walbro with an AFPR. Since the chip will have injector compensation built in, you won't have the issues with excessive timing advance normally associated with the use of a piggyback like the AFC, MAFT, etc. It's always a wise move to have your fuel system prepared before a turbo swap that way you have adequate fueling.

With respect to the Keydiver chip, you can have it custom tuned with a leaner A/F, capped timing and a host of other features that will allow you to eliminate the AFC entirely. It's all I use and I make heaps of power. What you'll appreciate most is the ability to read knock on the stock boost gauge which is an invaluable tuning tool.
