I'm looking for somebody with real world experience here. I just found a fairly low mile outback with a broken timing belt. How bad is a cylinder head job on these? What are the gotchas? I've done many on inlines. Flat 4 can't be that different other than I would assume you have to pull the motor to do this. Thoughts? Am I crazy?
