I picked up a used oe flywheel and had it machined with correct step height. Bolted it up and torqued. Set up a dial indicator and this is what I am seeing. What are your thoughts?

I have runout of .004 and the thread below says .005 is the limit. Is that accurate?

I would want to remove it and check the mating surfaces again. Even just a tiny bit of grit or rust right at the base may put in some runout at the friction surface

Both are clean. I even carefully took a razor to the crank to remove the old thread lock.
