homeboy actually fiberglassed himself inside of the box accidently and doesnt want to mess up his hard work so he refuses to break himself out.

hey nice project. i too tried my hands at glassing, only my first project is about 4x bigger than that. it looks alright so far, its kinda hard to tell but it looks like youre not getting an even amount in some spaces. also you need 2 people working at all times, for me it was me mixing the shit, giving a bowl of mix to my buddy. i would grab a nice 6x6" piece of thick matte, hold it while he spread the glass on it and dabbed it in there. repeat that about 100 times for the whole project. i would help in the application sometimes when we were working perfectly, i could mix 2 bowls at once and we got the job done in twice the speed. ps youre gonna need more than that 1 gallon can from home depot, about 3 for me. i used 1 on just the rear mold.

heres my writeup not finished though.

and glassing is the easy part. its the bondoing and sanding that wreaks havoc with your shop and lungs. and take off that mask sissie, the figerglass stuff stinks more with the mask on. but the mask will come in handy when youre sanding and making a huge dust cloud in youre garage that will cover everything with a inch of dust.
