Yes that manifold from slowboy will bolt right up to your car I got the same manifold on my 1g. The manifold is actually off of a EVO I-III not to be confused with the EVO VIII as I think thats what your thinking its off of. You can also use a 2g manifold as well.

its going to help alot with performance isnt it by being less constrictive?

I'd be careful using that mani if your ride isn't pretty heavily modified, especially if you plan on porting it. Exhaust turbulance can occur on mildly modded cars and this just slows spool time.

It should add some gains, but I'm just saying that you should be carefull because I know of someone who screwed themselves over by replacing their cracked mani on a 1G with an extremely ported 2G mani and it seemed like it only caused negative effects. The car was stock and no good came from switching the manifolds.

Just be sure to port match everything.......The big collector on the evo mani won't do any good if there is a huge step into the turbine housing.

Good luck!

i just want to get a little more horsepower because i think my car is slow now since i am used to it i think i will just follow the step list
