That music sounds like porn music to me..... all that movie showed and I hate to say it but was that the cobra was gonna win. I don't know what the hell they were doing with cars of that caliber racing in a parking lot (hardly enough room for either car to stretch their legs), not to mention the possible danger. We don't need another Evo like the one's posted in The Hangout. I've never seen one of thoes new cobra's in action before and all I got to say is holy **** that thing sounded pissed.

exactly why a group of people can't go and have a gathering. all the hangouts in south florida are pretty much shut down because of people trying to improve there 0 - the stop sign times. on a minor note the evo would have gotten raped in the end.

Why are you so bent on the EVO? Sure its a great car but that Cobra would kill it. Its like me saying the sky is blue and you saying no its green and im right youre wrong just because what I say is always right. I just dont understand. I certainly like my talon and i like EVOs but that Cobra... cant go wrong with it. Like they say, there is no replacement for displacement.

The Evo is nice but that video proved nothing. They didnt even get an 1/8th of a mile in let alone a 1/4.

03's dominate top end. That only showed that the evo has a better launch.

Im not going to turn this into a 9 million page who's car is better thread. The vid was funny the dude that walked out humping was super funny. mustangs may fascinate you. I couldn't care less about them. Most of the ones I come across are but slow regardless of mods or year.

ok, then what i meant to say was with a good driver and the right tires the car is easily in 12's

Cobra actually won in the end, towards the top of second, you could see it and hear the gear.

Still a very nice video (definitely a keeper). The fact that a 4-banger kicks ass like that.

If you cant run 12s in a car making 110+ traps you have some problems. The Cobra is a 12 sec car. Just because some idiot cant doesnt run the times doesnt mean someone with skill cant. I just find it hard to argue with a car that will run almost 120mph traps for 1500 bucks.

Didn’t really change the main point. I just made it clearer.

Every driver has bad days. I have quite a few low 12 sec slips at 127+ But the Cobra IS a 12 sec car. You don’t even need to be a crazy crash gears abuse the hell out of the car driver to do it. Just get a good launch and get through the gears cleanly.
