erpom ecu pin swap 90 to 91

i was just wondering what it all involves to make a 1990 gsx 5spd eprom ecu work with my 1991 gsx 5spd car? i have heard about swapping 2 pins or somthing to that nature. is there any sodering involved. and is it very hard to do. i found one 4 120.00 and dont know wheather to buy it or not. thanks for any help

i need the ecu from a 1990 to go into my 1991 not the other way around.

thats all i have to do is swap those 2 pins? that dosent seem to bad. also would there be a diffrence if i put a non eprom ecu in my car? thanks for any help
