enigine cleaning stuff

I was just wondering, all of you guys who clean ur engine bay to the point where you can eat off it, how do u get it so damn clean? Do u use a special solution or technique? My engine bay needs a cleaning very badly, so any help would be appreciated

Simple Green works the best, IMO. I can't eat off my engine bay, though, so my opinion may not matter.

i keep mine clean all the time. maybe once every couple months I'll just go buy some engine degreaser from autozone and spray where need be, let it eat at it a lil, and then spray everything off with a hose. But about once a week I'll pop the hood and just hose it off with water and dry what I can with a towel. Works just dandy for me! Here's mine on a dirty day...
