Ok like the title says I randomly get an engine noise when the clutch is not pushed my master is adjusted properly I have no clutch drag brand new oem clutch fork pivot ball and TOB The ball is shimmed with a southbend ofe stage 3 clutch and fresh resurfaced oem flywheel. The noise comes and goes seems random. With the slightest pressure on the clutch its gone. Here's a video of the sound.

It sounds like an accessory belt pulley, whether its the bearings off the PS pump, or Alternator. When you engage the clutch (push the pedal) it applies a different load on the engine, that load is just enough to change the speed and sounds of the engine just minor. One way to check and make sure if this is the case is to remove each belt (PS pump, water pump, Alternator, A/C) with the engine off and spin them by hand at different speeds and find out which it is.
