Engine builder recommendation

Hey all, timing belt grenaded itself tonight. Nit sure what the state of the motor is but I’m expecting the worst. It’s a 75k original mile motor which is very sad but anyway. Looking for recommendations for an engine builder in Tri state area, preferably in southeast PA. Please let me know
