Engagment problem, still no fix

i had engagement problems, come to find out the cause was because the fork was starting to bend and finally snapped?
what could have caused this to happen?

I hear step height of flywheel
also, Im running the ACT2600 and now replacing my fork and pivot. So my question is, Do i have to shave the pivot if so how much? Also going to rip out my assembly and weld it.. I never want this B**** of a problem to happen again<.. Damn dsm's so cereal.
