ECU hum?? wtf?

I noticed my ECU making a humming noise. Never noticed it before, maybe cause I always got music, aircompressor, people yelling, and gangwars going on in my garage. It was really quiet when I noticed it. Is that normal?

Sure its not your fuel pump.

I left my windows down with no music on and just standing about 20ft away from my car, I could hear my fuel pump humming right along with my exhaust at idle.

Sure its not your fuel pump.

Yeah, its coming right out of the ECU
