DSMers in the south bay area

i was wondering if there were any dsmers in the south bay area and nearby areas that wouldnt mind meeting up and hanging out and/or possibly helping me out with my car i have a 95 gsx pushing about 320hp its been sitting for about two years cause i had no job to pay for it but not things are all good and ive got it up and running but its not running the way it should or used to. so if theres anyone out there that likes to work on dsm cars and wouldnt mind showing me new tricks of trade let me know

You got me and my boy rich in the south bay (Morgan hill/ Gilroy). Then there's a lot more DSMers in San Jose.

nice, so you stay in the gilroy/morgan hill area? i dont anyone around here to be honest. so everything has been done by a shop and the easier thing done by me but i would like to do more myself i just have no place and limited tools and i have no one to teach me anything or work on cars together with. so i figured i would come on here and see if there are other ppl near me maybe willing to meet up

You're going to need a place for sure. If you have a place to work on it then I'm pretty sure someone would help.

yeah except i live in a small complex with no carport or garage or anything, i have to park on the street. it sucks. i wouldnt mind driving to meet up with ppl to work on them

Well like I said. Once you find a spot then go from there. I did my first timing job on a side road. It was a 2 day learning process.

No. My friend rich taught me how to do it a couple years ago.

Just dropping buy to say hello hopefully make some new friends getting together would be Kool we should start setting up south bay meets and trips to the Sacramento track.... I had been in the jdm scene since 16 but now 24 and haven't been out in 2 years ... recently got a gsx and don't have any tech support well hope you guys get in touch maybe

Well there's a meet every 2nd Saturday of the month in milpitas. Looks like your in SJ so there's a good amount of DSMers in your area. I'm about 30 more minutes south of SJ border line south bay.
