My passenger floor board is leaking I have a small leak near my mirror but shouldn't have a inch of water in my floor board and I do have a sunroof.

Check the sunroof drain, After I bought my DD Accord the driver front floorboard would be soaked after it rained or got washed. Turns out someone ran the tube into the foot well instead of out the fender.
When you say you have a small leak near your mirror, more specifically where is the leak? A picture here would be very helpful.
