First, we want to say that we aren't necessarily for or against using a Saturn alternator. We are always for options, though Also, this post applies to folks who prefer the alternator up front, not relocated behind the engine.
When keeping the Saturn alternator in the factory location, the factory tensioner bracket won’t match up unless it is flipped upside down and the tensioner bolt is rearranged. This certainly works, but since it can’t be effectively locked down, the long bolt used to tension it is put under cyclic loading that can lead to fatigue and shearing off over time. This is a simple solution that secures and tensions the alternator like stock, gives the most adjustment range possible, and has a locating tab to put it at the correct orientation.

As with any Saturn alternator swap, the usual grinding/clearancing of either the alternator case or block is required in order to use the factory pivot. Some more info on that can be seen here: http://morrisonfabrications.com/tech/dsm-tensioner-to-saturn-alternator-adapter/
(as well as a dimensional drawing if you want to make your own adapter)
And much more info found here for pros/cons, wiring, etc:
