It's a good thing I'm not going. I'd sure hate to travel all that way to Ohio and trailer/drive my "scrap heap", just to give David Buschur money....

I don't even feel like I am talking to people I know when it comes to DSM's. I guess I remember nice cars, worth more than $10 and making a living selling parts that worked for them. Sounds to me like most of your projects should be scrapped, scrap metal is bringing good money right now, sounds like more than most of the car are even worth.

I wonder what Buschur did to you? Probably what Marco did to us. What I see when I take this head off in the morning will guide our decision on whether we're going or not. We tore up 3rd gear at Pinks and when that happened, we destroyed 2 intake rockers. We have parts, just a matter of if we need a machine shop or not. I have everything in place to have things fixed and ready, it's just a matter of gettin' it done. Right now, we might take the Laser and the Talon, but I need to retune the Talon to make it right. As far as the Colt goes, we're just starting the wiring, and soon the piping will get done at the chassis shop; so no rwd for the Shootout

I'm so friggin stoked now.2 weeks away and counting. is anyone staying at the milan travl-park which is like 10 miles from cedar point and 10 miles from the track? im gonna be there with my monster of a tent that im sure will have the zoning officers fining me for height restrictions . So im not sure how true it is but I saw a quick comment made on sheps myspace about getting down to the 6's? any truth to this? I'm dying to know.

Yep thats the plan. Shawn just took the tranny apart because we had no 3rd gear, I don't know how we escaped this one lightly. Turns out 3rd gear is fine, it was just a little pin in the fork that is broke. Imagine that.

I plan on leaving thursday night and we are going to go to Cedar Point on Friday. We are planning on staying at the travel park thursday and friday night and hoping to stay at the track on saturday night so we will be there early in the morning sunday

I will be making it out to shootout I will have to trailor the car though ive upgraded turbo setup again from a gt35r to a precision gt850 I had the car on c16 and 26psi dyno at 674awhp maxing out my fuel yea i left 880's in and one of my 1600's took a crap on me so i dont feel like gettin a new so ill deal for now. this will be first shootout so im lookin forward to seeing everyone there and hopefully not breaking the car .

Damn you guys are lucky to go to cedar point on friday me and my friends are stuck working friday and won't be going to the park till saturday which means we won't be at buschurs shop for the dyno day. I'm brining a garage full of spare parts and tools. I might be looking to purchase a 16g, dsmlink, and a COP kit. or maybe a gvr4 or somethin with pop up headlights and traction, . I have a small block vega wagon for trade too
