Victoria,
I'm getting a thump noise when I let off the throttle.. I have to kind of want to make it do it though.. just get it barely into boost and lift right off the gas, make the car throw forward kind of.. and I get a thump...

I have 2 theories here, one of them is that my rear motor mount is shot and I just never noticed it until after I did the vfaq t-case leak fix because I was obviously paying more attention to any noise my car was making after working on it...

My other theory is that I feathered too much JB weld up onto the splines in the driveshaft yolk.. when I put the t-case on it's now pushing back on the driveshaft and stressing a carrier bearing or something and causing the thump.. or maybe I have bad carrier bearings, they've still OEM with under 60 000miles on the car.. could be time I suppose.

Any input appreciated.. is this kind of thing more common with a motor mount or driveshaft? I can't floor it to see if there's any thumping from that because I'm still breaking in my CFDF.. another few days.. when you car isn't a DD takes a long time to get 500miles.
