Window is off track and leans inward to the car, mirrors don’t work, speakers are dead, and there are replacement door panels in the trunk but they aren’t an original fit. What do I need to get this door back in order ?

Being able to slide the window back and forth like that tells me the glue that holds the window to the bottom track has let go. Lower the window down, but not all the way. You still want to be able to grab the glass… Lift the glass out of that track and clean it as best you can. Use black automotive adhesive and glue the window back into place… Run the window back up and position it as best you can and let it set up…If this is not the case then you need to check all the bolts that hold the brackets in place.
