Does this sound like a good combo

At the end of the summer i plan on putting away the good old 1.8 and getting a GSX and i was wondering if this would be a good combo for the exaust. Victory Performance O2 Sensor Housing (dumped to atmosphere), Buscher Racing 3inch SS Downpipe, and an Apexi N1 exaust. Im pretty sure they will all bolt together Right? If not please let me know. Or anthing else i might need to know about these products.

OOps i thaught the down pipe was also a cat eliminator so it looks like i also need a straight pipe.

APEXi makes a downpip that replaces the cat. Let me know if you are interested

I looked at the Apexi dp but i was woried about it rusting. does this sound stupid? I just wanted something that would last. Does anyone think Buscher would make one with out the section for the cat?

I wouldn't worry about rust on the GT downpipe from APEXi. It is made from stainless steel. The N1 downpipe is aluminized steel and I don't know how it will rust. My GReddy EVO had aluminized piping and stayed good for 60000 miles & 20 months, whichever effects rust more.
