By running more boost on your turbo does it create more wear and tear on your turbo??? Obviously it puts more strain on the motor but what about the turbo? Will it last longer at only 10 psi compared to 15 psi on a 14b?

Only if you run it out of efficiency.

Like 20-25psi on a T-25

YES, the more boost you run the harder it is on your turbo. Higher boost means higher shaft speeds, increased load on the bearings, and increased heat. However most turbos can live a very long and happy life at boost levels under 25psi provided they are treated right.

It also depends on motor size. On a 3.0L running 15psi at 5000rpm w/ a T25 is a lot more air than on a 2.0L running 15psi at 5000rpm w/ the same T25. Plus you have to factory in compressor efficiency, and pressure drop from turbo to throttle body.
