I did the timing belt and relocated the alternator. It has a number 5 on the head.

Did you happen to take the dipstick tube out when working on the alternator? Looks like the bolt for the bracket that retains the dipstick tube.

The oem axle half shaft bolts have shoulders on them so it shouldn’t be that.

Subframe connector?

That's another place where they use a bolt like that. On the gussets and crossmembers.
