Upon my 16g swap today, I found these. Curious as to why I can only boost 7psi. May have slightly answered why

That actually wont hurt anything, ive seen worse cracked turbos still hit full boost.

Yeah thats 'probably' (emphasis on that) your problem..You can get it welded and grinded, or talk to jusmx about a new housing.

My 16G actuator is around 10psi and no cracks works flawlessly with no MBC attached.

As Ilco said, I also have seen 3 cracks there specifically in one housing and the car boosted fine.

Well that was on the t-25 not the 16g

Well is your t-25 still hooked up to the wastegate solenoid that comes stock? Or are you jsut running from IC pipe to actuator. If your going from IC pipe straight to actuator than 7psi seems about right.

Its still hooked up to the bcs. The nipple on the t25 to the bcs and then bcs to intake

Like said about thats not your problem. Most problems consist of the WG flapper being mounted to where the flapper is already opened, when the WG is mounted up.

But if in getting a leak through here with the wastegate closed itd be the same concept right?

It wont leak to much if at all if its hot as the metal will expand and seal it up. i read that somewhere on here before.
