Digital Tuning Pocket Logger problems?

Has anyone had any problems with the Digital Tuning stuff. I have the Pocket Logger and Knock box and it says that it wont make a conecion with the ECU. I hooked it up to my frienads car and it started worked, hooked it back up to my car , started working for a sec and then stopped. It does not say unregistered or anything. It was working fine.

I only had trouble at first (my PDA was a brand new model at the time), but they helped me getting working. I had to modify the cable a little bit.

I have a problem with getting my serial cable to stay connected to my PDA, so I get the same message. The only way I can get it to work is to hold the plug firmly to the PDA, then it tends to stay connected.

They say not to use the Belkin cables, but I have had much more luck with them as they 'lock' onto my m550.
