Okay, a long time ago I removed the stock tint from the factory and I had to use a razor to literally scrape ALL of it off. In the process I nicked the defrost lines and it doesn't work anymore. Well, I tried repairing it with the defrost repair kit from autozone and I think I got it all. But here's the funny part, whenever I have my radio on and then turn on the defroster the radio goes bezerk! I mean, it goes straight to static noise.LOL Does anybody have an idea what's causing this or how to fix it?

I know this may sound obsurd, but in the process of repairing your defroster lines...are you sure you didn't integrate your antenna wire somehow?

I know your antenna is nowhere near the defoster lines, but it sounds like whatever you used to repair the lines may have turned your defroster into an antenna. Thus interfering with the radio signal.

A little clarification, in case the original poster doesn't know: In addition to the aerial antenna that flaps around in the wind, Mitsubishi put an antenna in the back window. It looks almost exactly like the defroster lines. If you scraped those and linked them up to the defroster lines when you fixed them, the electricity from the defroster is interfering with your reception.
