Date car was made?

Hey everyone. I was just out washin my car earlier on today and I noticed that right on the boottom of my ebrake handle there is a little stamp that says the dat Jan. 26, 1993. Now i was just wondering what that date could be, my car is a 93' so could that be maybe the day the car left the factory or something. Does anybody else have this on their car. Thanks.

You'll find all kinds of parts have date stickers on them. It's likely to be the date the part was made.

well thats the parts date. your actual build date should be on your drivers door. and if it not there, you can call your local dealer with your vin# and they can tell you for sure.
