Hey, what's up everyone, any help here would be greatly appreciated.
Car: 1995 talon tsi awd
problem:
today, the coolant, "brake" (ebrake) and battery light came on my car... kind of, they basically turned on, but are extremely dim. if i pull my ebrake just enough for the sensor to go off, the light for "brake" brightens. so i know they are not on fully. the other light that came on is "ABS". this came on when i turned my headlights on, except it only flickered like 3 times rapidly and stayed off. any ideas why this would happen?
i installed a k&n 4 or 5 days ago, and during the install, some coolant from the overflow tank spilled out when i was moving it, so the coolant light had gone on ( one that's on now). but after it was flushed it went away. (10 mins later) i did not touch any wires under the hood except the plug for the MAS, which i plugged right back in when i was done. and i unhooked the neg terminal on the battery per instructions.
also, i installed...if you can call it installing...clear corner lights, but i doubt that has anything to do with it since i kept factory bulbs, just changed the amber to clear.
i have absolutely NO idea what this is, and i hate seeing lights on my dash because i'm not sure if they're bogus or not...so again, any help would be appreciated! thanks dsm guys, wont be the first time ive gotten a problem solved here.
