11 psi on the 16g just because I am having mad problems with blowing the soft piping off the lower pipe. 17 psi will only hold for a few seconds then PUFF there goes the line again.

I had that same problem as well. I cleaned off the hard plastic and the soft pipe real good and took a good wrench too it and most all the time it will hold even at 18-19 psi. So clean it up make sure its dry and crank down the tourqe on that hose clamp. If anyone else has a better suggestion let me know please?

okay i fixed it today. I used a flex pipe repair from autozone that would barely slide over the pipe coming off the turbo then slide the old rubber hose over both of them.. then used pop rivets in 4 places to connect the flex hose to the hard pipe. the rubber is there for leak protection. At the intercooler it fit so tightly that I dont think it will come off.

20 on b16g,lasted for a year.thrust bearing went, let compressor wheel shave away at housing.guess all those particles helped it detonate to pieces.oh well.

big16, pushing 10 daily , summer is too hot to be boosting very high

Of course by the time I reach redline its a 15psi. Damn sucking t2 small housing and sucky compressor wheels

That's weird.. My T28/28 would hold 20 psi by redline, I even have cams. Only time I had you're problem is when I had boost leaks.

Well that´s coz I got a catylitic converter and its probably making some backpressure on that turbo and not allowing it to work full power.
