No that isn't crank walk. Someone forgot to put in the thrust bearings.
Pull the pan and look. If the thrust bearing is chewed up along with the crank surface then it is crank walk. Honestly it really can't be but 2 different things. no thrust bearing installed or it is crank walk. That is so bad I bet the crank even got into the block.
When i bought the car, the guy told me it was 6 bolt. I didnt know much about 4g63 because I owned a 420a at the time. So no telling whats wrong. Checking it out tomorrow...
