My VC is cracked small enough so that I can't see I but it's enough so oil to push itself up through the crack. Would a good repaint fix/bandaid this problem until I can find a good VC?

Paint doesn't seal anything....especially hot oil coming through from underneath.

Paint is not going to do very much for you. If anything, try a little JB Weld and the crack and then sand and blend it in. I have seen several fixed this way. Paint does not have the rigidity that would be needed to hold up to any sort of pressure.

I can't actually see the crack. I have no idea where it really is. I just know it's there because oil puddles in the VC when I drive. I'm losing it pretty fast now. It just recently started doing this so I don't really know what's ping on.

Check your sealing ring on your oil cap, as well as the spark plug tube seals. Oil could very easily be building up from either location. Even with a brand new oil cap, I have seen oil work its way out. Oil pooling up in the valve cover doesn't necessarily mean a cracked valve cover.

There isn't any oil in my spam plug wells and it puddles relatively quick. I'll try another oil cap

It probably is the valve cover though, there known for cracking eventually. I think venders sell new ones.

I have three laying around and the these two are cracked. The other one is missing the breather nipple that goes to the snorkel. Do those just pull out or what do I have to do?

I accidentally overtorqued my VC bolts and cracked it right between the cam gears in the center well there.. Oil pooled up fast, so I tried jb weld, but I couldnt get it to bond well enough to seal. I then used RTV on both the underside, and the top and a bit on the side and it worked like a charm! I did this only as a quick fix until my new VC arrived.. which I have and is now ready to go on when I get around to it.. but the rtv held up so well its bone dry in there.

Paint will not stop an oil leak.

This is why I have a backup black Hyundai valve cover off a mid 90'S elantra/sonata, I'd recommend you try to get one, they were on cars that are newer, plus not many people cared for these cars... so it is less likely that someone removed the valve cover, and then over torqued it when they put it back on.
