Alright i just wanted someone elses opinion on what they would recommend, because these cracks seem pretty gnarly to me. The exh. Manifolds crack was actually showing on the outside. But heres a pic of the turbo housing, its a small 16g. Dont mind the two snapped bolts, LOL. Would only let me upload one pic.

The best cast manifold would be FP's. The Evo 3 ex. mani flows well, but the price can be considered a bit high for new when paired against an FP. The Evo 3 isn't cheap enough to make it an instant buy. Frankly though. A 2g manifold will get you FAR when ported. They're super cheap as well.

2G manifold and Evo III manifolds are the same with the exception of the collector size (52mm vs. 60mm), plus a true Evo III manifold will be high-nickel just like the Evo III turbine housing....so an Evo III manifold will not crack.

If you port the collector of a crack-free 2G manifold to 60mm in order to match the inlet of most 7cm turbine housings, you have an Evo III manifold.

Yeah thats what i was running, a ported 2g, but its retired now after i saw how bad it was cracked, even shows on top right between all four bolt holes. Might try another ported 2g, well see what comes along

I've run a number of 1G and 2G manifolds that had internal cracking but nothing showing through on the outside. Port them out nicely and makes your mating surfaces are flat (a mill works great for this) and you will have a great, cheap manifold that will be more than adequate for a 14b.
