So in the mornings or when the car has sat long enough, it does not want to start. It turns over and wont start, so i keep trying. After a few tries, it will start "hiccuping" but wont start.

Once it starts "hiccuping" i let it sit for about a minute, and try again, and then it will start, the RPMs will slowly go up to 2k and once it hits 2k, the car dies. If i try again, and hit the gas, keeping it at about 2.5k for about a minute or two, it will then stay on it's own, sometimes. Once it's finally warmed up, it will idle normally.

But when I'm driving around, sometimes when i hit the brakes, the car will idle too low and die. Any ideas? The motor was just fully built and does not has even remotely close to a half way decent tune. But i cant tune it if it wont stay on. Could it just need a tune?

Try replacing the coolant temperature sensor. When they go bad they can cause issues like you are experiencing.

Coolant temp sensor was replaced, although since the clip is missing i just connected the two pins to the two wires. Does it matter which one goes where?

Throttle body is not blocked but i think i might need a TPS sensor as well. Reason being is when the car finally stays on by itself, but is still cold, the rpm's jump up and down from 1k to 1.5k, until the car finally does warm up.

Oh yeah it's just a base tune. It's really bad, but it was just to get the car started and running to diagnose. The car has a ton of work done, if needed ill list everything, but i know the car is massive rich right now, being as the car has RC 550cc injectors, and the SAFC is still adding +3% fuel. Go figure.

Fuel filter? Really? Well the car was sitting for a bit, but its still fairly new. Im going to replace the plugs, wires, and filters then and see what happens.

Don't go jumping to conclusions and replacing parts without doing some basic testing first. And why is your safc set so rich? You should be closer to -15 or so.

Well i wanted to change the plugs/wires anyways since they are from the original motor and not this build. But yeah i know it should be alot less, its just me being extra safe until i get to the dyno.
