clutch problem

i was driving home from school today to get ready for work and i could barely feel any pressure from my clutch. So i pumped the clutch several time w/ the car in neutral.
Now my clutch is really stiff and doesn't start to engage til almost to the floor.

what could this be? how could i fix?
any help would be nice my car is no longer fun to drive

by the way i have a stock clutch

i have an act2100 and gold series phantom grip lsd waiting to be put in by my friend who is a mechanic when he isn't busy

It sounds like there is air in the lines. Bleed them, and make sure all the fittings are tight, and that neither of the cylinders is leaking.
