2G Clutch master replacement

decided to replace clutch master cable with a flexible cable and I don’t know how tight the bolt should be. I tightened it as much as I can and it leaks. I marked it on the picture. Any advice is appreciated.

Why is it all beat up? Put new crush washers on it and make sure the flange is flat.
