Yesterday i was driving and I shifted, I immediatley lost pedal feel and the car wont shift.
The pedal didn't get stuck to the floor.

My clutch lines are fine, I'm not leaking anything. The slave and clutch lines have been replaced. The reservoir is full of fluid and fine. The linkage in the car seems fine.
When I turn the car on now, with the clutch pressed firmly all the way down, I can force it into gear, I hear an "UMPH" sound but not a grind, right before it goes into gear.

I don't know what this is but I can't drive my car. Please help me.

slave cyliner isn't leaking. mater cylinder looks fine.

When the car is off, i can put it into any gear just fine.

I know you said there was no leaking !

A slave cylinder does not have to leak not to work it what I am getting at ! I would un bolt it from the tranny will be 2 12mm bolts? do not take the clutch line loose !

Push in the Slave cylinder rod sticking out and see if it moves in and out freely

And peel back the boot on the slave and check for fluid. If there's any there, replace it. My buddy's car had this exact problem, and it was the slave.
