clicking noise in 1st, rattling in rest

When i start moving in 1st gear, there's a clicking noise right when i'm letting out the clutch, and sometimes when i've let the clutch all the way out and start moving. Then, when i'm gassing it, there's a rattling noise. This noise is in pretty much all the gears, i probably can't hear it when i'm going faster. Cruising at any speed, i can't hear it, only when i gas it more. It sounds to me like a exhaust gasket.

Any ideas? could the click and rattle be related? Thanks
