Changing Lug Pattern?

Long story short
I broke a 17x7 5x114 Oz Superleggera rim of mine.

There discontuined and i can only find from craigslist.
Most people only have like 4x100 or something.
Can I turn 4x100 or 5x100 into 5x114 somehow?

It may be mechanically possible, but it wouldn't be as cheap as another set of wheels that fit.
